Intimate and contemporary, Domaine de Verchant strives to offer an exceptional level of thoughtful and discreet service. The small number of rooms and suites, with terraces overlooking the magnificent gardens, set off a subtle alliance of pure lines with contemporary furnishings, the work of Raymond Morel, an interior architect who has gained a reputation for reinventing some of the most prestigious hotels in Paris. The luxurious rooms come with a range of Italian design furniture and accents, giving the rooms their unmistakable visual flair and appeal, and are complemented by high-tech equipment.

The 10.7 hectare Verchant Estate produces three red wines as well as one white and one rosé which you can sample.

A restaurant is due to open in 2008, but the chef already offers breakfast and a light menu with good seasonal produce. The Domaine de Verchant welcomes you in its restaurant 7 days a week. In the heart of an intimate area open on the pool and gardens, the menu mingles tastes from the South of France and delight.
