To explore the deeply authentic territory of Aveyron with the comfort of a guide/driver, follow Isabelle where traditions are part of a grand and preserved nature. Discover the land of sheep and roquefort, templar villages and bridges joining the sky!
9 am: Departure to the village of La Couvertoirade, built in the 15th century by the Templars and Hospitallers, located about 80 km from Montpellier (by the A75 motorway). Walk in the beautifully preserved village.
Then we take the direction of Millau, city of art and history, capital of the leather and the glove.
12 am: Lunch in supplement (restaurant or picnic).
1:45 pm: We then go a few kilometers away, to observe the extraordinary viaduct of Millau, from a height of 343 meters and whose construction, which began in 2001, lasted 3 years. We discover the exhibition located in the interpretation center.
OR IN OPTION nature trail on an old railway with the rail bike of Larzac in Sainte-Eulalie de Cernon, from April to October (additional price for this activity), then return to Montpellier.
Then we will go to Roquefort, emblematic city for its cheese and we will visit its cellars.
6 pm: Return to the planned meeting place.
Excursion from 2 persons minimum to 8 people maximum. In case of an insufficient number of participants the excursion will be canceled, you will be informed by Belle Tourisme 24h before and then you will be refunded.
